Good News

I have a new GP who's practice is Caromont Intregrative Medicine..caring for the whole body and mind..What a great stroke of luck that I found such a caring Doctor who is truly interested in you as a person not just an insurance payment...I have been taking a medication for bone density for 6 years and now that I have to have Obamacare I find it quite expensive..so I was sent for a bone density test and GREAT NEWS..I do not need to take Evista anymore..YEA.  

Sunday our favorite day

Sunday is our favorite day because we love the old Charles Kuralt show.now emceed by another Charles ..After a wonderful breakfast of waffles and bacon we settle in our den for the 9AM start time..I read my two morning papers and Danny watches the show..Getting ready to return our 3 movies from yesterday..2 out of 3 were good but Cedar Rapids was a bust...

I just watched the Webcam of Geeks on Tour on creating a blog and thought this is too easy..Well, she was right ..Three easy steps and we are in business..Since we forgot to have kids and have no family to speak of...this will be mostly for us..
